MY PAYMENT FAILED. WHAT NOW?
Of course, it can happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How do you know for sure that it has been received correctly, for example after receiving an error message? We advise you to look at your own bank statement to see if the amount has been debited. If the payment is successful, you can assume that the order has also been received correctly and that we will start working on it.
