WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We do our best, always. Also delivering your desired item. But because of our purchasing and production process we don't want to disappoint if it is not guaranteed to be hanging in your closet the next day. When you place your order Monday through Friday before 23:45, we will ship it the next day. If you are really, really in a hurry, then send an email to info@blue-blood.store. But then with a very good reason ;) WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Orders of €100.00 or more are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg! For orders with a lower value, shipping costs will be charged. The standard shipping costs are €5.95 for orders in the Netherlands. In other EU countries, shipping costs depend on your location. The exact costs will be calculated during checkout.
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO WE WORK WITH?
Orders are delivered via POSTNL or DHL. For other EU countries this depends on your location.
HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
You can track your order with the track and trace code that you will receive in the mail, via our delivery service, after your package has been sent. Also keep an eye on your junk mail/spam box. Still not received anything? Then mail us at info@blue-blood.store.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A SERVICE POINT?
You will receive an email when your order has been received by the delivery service. Here you can then indicate your preferred delivery. The package will be delivered to your home as standard. If you are not at home, it will go to the service point in your area. Your order will remain at the service point for 7 days and will then be automatically returned to the sender.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, it may happen that something went wrong with the processing of your order. We are sorry about that. In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. You can do this by sending an email to info@blue-blood.store. Our customer service will process your message within one business day and will work with you to find the best solution!

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
Sorry, although we handle your order with care, it can unfortunately happen that something went wrong with the processing of your order. Don't worry, we will solve it! Contact info@blue-blood.store, give us a short description or picture of what you received. Do you happen to have your order number? Please also mention this in your email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during shipping. We know that you as a customer can't do anything about this. In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. You can do this by email to info@blue-blood.store. It is also useful to send photos of the defect. Our customer service will process your message within one working day and will work with you to find the best solution!
