HOW CAN I SEE WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE FOR ME?
To see which size fits you best, each article states how it fits and what the (basic) dimensions are. We also try to show how something fits as well as possible through the photos. If dimensions are missing or if you still have questions, please email us at info@blue-blood.store and we will help you further.
HOW CAN I ORDER?
Have you found an item you want to order? Great! If you have selected the color and size and add it to your shopping cart. Feel free to continue looking if you want to buy other items, your shopping cart will remain filled with your first item.
Are you ready? Then it is now time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag' icon at the top right. Then click on 'Proceed to checkout' and you can complete your order. Please note, during the finalization of the payment we do a control check to make sure it is you.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order. It is easier to create an account when you want to place an order. Your details will be remembered and filled in immediately for your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history. We can also keep you informed of new items, promotions and updates on our steps in the field of sustainability.I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT NOW?
Technology stands for nothing, but something went wrong. We will solve it. We assume you have already checked your spam box. Sometimes newsletters and order confirmations end up there.When the payment is successful, you can assume that the order has also been received by us. Our ordering and delivery process is set up in such a way that you will immediately receive a confirmation of your order that we will start working on it. If this is not the case, you can of course always contact us via info@blue-blood.store. We will then look into it for you and let you know the same working day! If you happen to have seen your order number, please include it in your email.
We do our best! Sometimes it is unfortunately no longer possible to change address details afterwards, but email us as soon as possible at info@blue-blood.store and we will get started on it. If you happen to have your order number, please include it in your email.
If the package has already been sent, you can often use the track & trace code, which you received by email, to see what the expected delivery time is, and possibly contact DHL/Post NL. They can certainly help you further!
We like to see all our customers happy with our products! An accidentally ordered wrong item does not contribute to this. Often we can still fix this, please contact us via info@blue-blood.store. If you happen to have your order number, please mention it in your email.
It can sometimes happen that there are such popular items that we no longer have any stock. We do our best to reorder sold-out items as soon as possible. We advise you to register for the 'restock alert' next to the item in question. When the item is restocked, you will automatically receive an email from us! Of course, you can always email us.
