HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
Different than expected? Too bad! You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. You can easily request the return shipment by sending an email to info@blue-blood.store. We will then help you through the return steps. Please let us know your order number with which you ordered, and the reason for return. The return costs are at your own expense. You can buy a return label from DHL from €6.50 or from PostNL from €6.90. The return costs outside the Netherlands are slightly higher!
Returns are processed within 7 business days after arrival at our office. You will receive an email with a credit note at the time of processing and the money will be refunded or adjusted to the payment method you used within 2 days after sending the credit note. If the money is not back in your account within 2 days, please let us know!
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Would you prefer a different item, size or color? It happens! You can return your order within 30 days after receiving your order, provided it meets the return conditions. Mail us at info@blue-blood.store and we will make sure that your desired item (if in stock) comes your way. If it is not in stock, the exchange will be placed on the backorder. As soon as the item is back in stock, the exchange will be sent to you as soon as possible or we will refund the money to you.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE RETURN?
It is possible to return a maximum of two orders in one package. It is important that the two correct return packing slips are added to this package. As soon as we receive the returns, you will receive a return confirmation per order.
HOW DOES MY REFUND WORK?
You will receive your purchase amount back in the same way as the payment.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days after arrival at our premises. You will then receive an email with a credit note and the money will be refunded to your account within 2 business days after sending the credit note. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to inform everyone when we have received their return shipment, but you can also check this yourself via the track & trace code you received.
